Abdoul-halim Soule is a community organizer. He holds a Bachelor of English Literature from the University of Comoros. In service to his community, he co-founded a non-governmental organization called Yes We Can Comoros, which promotes the English language and environmental protection. He led the organization from 2015 to 2017. Abdoul-halim is currently the president of his youth village association, ACJN, which promotes education in his village. He works hard with his staff members to empower youth in his community and help local students to succeed in their education.
