MWF Cameroon BootCamp

Empowering Cameroonian Youth for Leadership

The MWF Cameroon BootCamp is an intensive leadership training initiative aimed at empowering young leaders aged 25–40 to build their capacities in organizational management. This program focuses on fostering positive change in Business and Entrepreneurship, Civic Engagement, and Public Management.

Over a two-week period, 90 emerging leaders were trained in American Spaces located in Buea, Yaoundé, and Garoua, ensuring a nationwide representation of changemakers.

Extended the values of the Mandela Washington Fellowship to a wider audience.
